Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains how CannaSage collects, uses, and protects account, cultivation, and payment information. Last updated January 2025. The live page is the full policy; this summary is for agents and crawlers that do not execute JavaScript.
Information we collect
When you register we collect name, email, username, and an encrypted password. Payment information is processed by Stripe; CannaSage does not store raw card numbers. We also store cultivation records you choose to save: projects, rooms, harvests, conversations with the assistant, and hardware connector data.

How we use and share information
We use this information to provide the product, process payments, send account notices, answer support requests, improve the assistant, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell, trade, or rent personal information. Processors such as Stripe (payments) and our hosting providers see only what they need to operate the service. California residents can use the Do Not Sell page to record a CCPA preference.
