Your data, your choice

Retention

• Raw readings are kept for 14 days, then deleted
• Daily rollups keep min, max, average, time out of range, and VPD
• Crop events, harvests, and lab results stay

Contribution and private mode

• Contribute is opt-in. Readings join a state-level pool stored with your account, state, cultivar, stage, and gear. Benchmarks show only averages from at least 5 growers outside your team.
• Private mode keeps your rooms out of those benchmarks
• A new data choice stores a state code. City, ZIP, and coordinates are dropped on that write

Audit trail

On a team, the audit trail records a crop event, a harvest, a suggestion, a decision on a suggestion, a shared whiteboard rename, and an admin opening a member chat. Members of the team can read that trail.

Export and delete run only when you ask, and they cover only bot-first rows. Main-app harvests and readings are not covered. Export returns your bot-first readings, crop events, and harvests with their lab results, plus your rooms and consent ledger. It leaves out daily rollups, network contributions, chats, and insight cards. Delete removes your bot-first readings, crop events, harvests and lab results, and network contributions. It blanks your chats and removes bot-tagged insight rows. It also removes archived usage meters for that account. After a delete, these stay: rooms, daily rollups, the consent ledger, team audit rows (which keep harvest weights and event notes), batches, alerts, whiteboards, the connector, and main-app harvests and readings. Reading copies stored with a connector are removed with your bot-first readings.
